Simply return the item unused and in original condition within 5 days. Buyer pays for postage. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately on 07914 145 599 to let us know.

We will then discuss a replacement or refund. All refunds will be processed within 2 days of receipt of the faulty goods.

If you have any queries before you use your items contact us and we will quickly resolve any issues. We do not refund or replace a used item if it is not found to be faulty.
